Unlike a traditional promotional listing or a Showcase created primarily from supplied materials, a Visitor Experience Showcase is developed through an actual visit.

We explore the experience, meet the people where possible, capture photographs and video, and discover the details that make the story memorable.

Our goal is to help potential visitors imagine what it might be like to experience it themselves.

1. Pre-Visit Planning & Promotion

We work with your organization to understand the experience, identify its most interesting features and coordinate the visit.

We also introduce the upcoming experience through teaser posts on Facebook, Instagram and appropriate FES Tourism News Channels.

2. On-Site Experience & Coverage

Our team visits your location to explore the experience, capture original photographs and video, and gather the details that make your story distinctive.

The agreed visit duration, access and activities are confirmed before booking.

3. Evergreen Visitor Experience Article

We create an engaging, visitor-focused article that introduces your experience and highlights what makes it worth discovering.

Your article is published in the appropriate storytelling section:

• Hidden Ontario — Ontario Visited
• Showcases — Ontario Agritourism

The article includes approved photography and links directing interested readers to your own website or preferred visitor information.

4. Original Visitor Experience Video

We prepare an edited highlight video using footage and photographs gathered during our visit.

The completed video is published on our YouTube channel.

5. Coordinated Social Media Promotion

Following publication, we share your article and video through appropriate FES Tourism social media and news channels, including Facebook and Instagram.

6. Paid Promotional Support

Your Visitor Experience Showcase includes targeted paid social media promotional support to help introduce the story to additional audiences.

The agreed promotional arrangements are confirmed before booking.

7. Customer Review & Approval

Your organization has the opportunity to review the completed article, video and relevant promotional materials before publication.

Reasonable factual corrections and minor adjustments within the agreed scope are included.

8. Content You Can Share

Your published Showcase and video can be shared through your own marketing channels.

Approved finished promotional materials expressly supplied for your use may also be incorporated into your marketing, subject to the agreed content-use terms.

Accessibility-related information can help visitors make informed decisions when planning their experiences.

Our optional Accessibility Storytelling Enhancement adds another dimension to your Visitor Experience Showcase by highlighting relevant accessibility features, facilities and practical visitor information.

Depending on the location and experience, this may include:

• Entrances, parking and arrival information
• Pathways, routes and accessible viewing areas
• Seating, washrooms and available facilities
• Sensory considerations and visitor assistance
• Other accessibility-related information confirmed by the organization

We incorporate relevant details and original photography into your Evergreen Visitor Experience Article, along with accessibility-focused content in the supporting video.

The enhanced video will include captions.

Accessibility Storytelling Enhancement — Add $395 CAD + HST

Complete Visitor Experience & Accessibility Showcase — $2,315 CAD + HST, plus applicable expenses.

Important: FES Tourism shares accessibility-related information through visitor-focused storytelling. We do not conduct accessibility audits, certify facilities or guarantee that an experience meets every visitor's individual accessibility needs.

Visitors are encouraged to contact the organization directly to confirm their specific requirements.

The $395 enhancement adds accessibility coverage to the existing Showcase Article and video. A separate standalone accessibility article or video would require an additional quotation.

How It Happens

1. Let's Discuss Your Experience

Contact FES Tourism to tell us about your experience, preferred timing and storytelling objectives.

2. Plan the Visit

We'll coordinate the visit, identify the experiences to feature and confirm the production requirements and applicable expenses.

3. Confirm Your Booking

We'll provide a written Visitor Experience Showcase Booking Confirmation & Agreement identifying your selected services, fees, visit details and payment arrangements.

4. Experience & Capture the Story

Following booking confirmation and receipt of the required deposit, we visit your location, gather photographs and video, and discover what makes the experience special.

5. Create & Approve

We'll prepare your Evergreen Article, video and supporting promotional materials for your review and approval.

6. Publish & Promote

Following approval and receipt of the remaining payment, we'll publish your story and coordinate the included promotional activities.

Booking & Payment

Reserve Your Visitor Experience Showcase!

Because each Visitor Experience Showcase involves advance planning, scheduling, travel and on-site production, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm the project and begin preparations.

The deposit is credited toward your total service fee.

The remaining 50% is payable following your review and approval of the completed materials, before publication.

Visitor Experience Showcase

Total Service Fee: $1,920 CAD + HST

• Booking Deposit (50%): $960 + HST
• Remaining Balance (50%): $960 + HST

Visitor Experience + Accessibility Enhancement

Total Service Fee: $2,315 CAD + HST

• Booking Deposit (50%): $1,157.50 + HST
• Remaining Balance (50%): $1,157.50 + HST

Travel & Other Expenses

Travel, accommodation, admission and other applicable expenses are additional.

All applicable expenses will be discussed and agreed upon before the visit. Any required travel advance must be paid before departure.

Booking Confirmation & Agreement

Before the visit, we'll provide a written agreement confirming:

• Your selected services and total investment
• Booking Confirmation Number and Invoice Number
• Scheduled visit and production arrangements
• Deposit and balance payment requirements
• Agreed travel and other expenses
• Cancellation, postponement and rescheduling provisions
• Customer approval and publication arrangements

The booking deposit becomes non-refundable following booking confirmation and commencement of preparations, subject to the signed agreement, its cancellation provisions and applicable law.

If weather, illness or other circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control require postponement, we'll work together to arrange an alternative date.

Specific website traffic, search engine rankings, video views, social media reach, visitor attendance, bookings and sales are not guaranteed.
